  5. Changes: We reserve the right to change or discontinue the website Core Knowledge for Lawyers at any time. If it is discontinued while your subscription is active, you will receive a prorated refund for your initial subscription fee.

  7. Class Codes: If you have registered using a Class Code for a particular course or institution, your instructor, course coordinator, or other officials at your institution may view your test scores and monitor your progress.

Any claim brought by a subscriber or other site user regarding this Agreement is governed by and should be construed in accordance with the Laws of North Carolina, consistent with federal law, applicable to contracts wholly made and performed in North Carolina, except for any choice or conflict of Law principles, and must be litigated in North Carolina.
